Designs and develops a wide range of learning materials, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and
microlearning experiences. Leverages learning management system(s) (LMS) and other digital tools to enhance the learning
Experience
Primary Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, HR, Communications or relevant field (or equivalent experience) preferred
Current TX Adjuster’s License (or ability to obtain)
Demonstrated Experience With Content Development Preferred
Excellent verbal, written, and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with others and create a team environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize responsibilities to support competing priorities
and deadlines
Working knowledge of training and development best practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS Administration

- Applies adult learning methodologies to develop both instructor and self-led courses or programs
- Develop engaging digital content, such as e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and virtual training materials.
- Assess learning needs of the target audience; analyze existing instructional materials
- Creates a robust library of high-quality, on-demand training materials
- Collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop curricula.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to refine course materials and ensure materials exceed quality and accuracy expectations
- Uses authoring tools to develop e-learning to support instructor-led courses or programs
- Leverages digital tools to enhance onboarding and job transition experiences
- Completes the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of desk services, behavioral
- Regularly reviews and updates training content to align with client processes, organizational goals and best practices
- Conducts regular reviews and audits of content to identify opportunities for enhancement
