Position Overview:The Account Manager is responsible for supporting business growth through the management of both existing and new accounts. This role involves overseeing key client relationships, leading strategic initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Account ManagementServe as the senior point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Identify and develop opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue.
Work closely with internal teams to tailor strategies that drive client success.
Develop and implement account strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and new business initiatives.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and partnerships.
Stay ahead of market trends and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
Negotiate and close high-value deals and contracts.
Drive contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and margin improvement.
Regularly involve executive leadership in client interactions and business development efforts.
Engage in all core service areas, including Low-Slope, Steep Slope, Service, and Metal Fabrication.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their needs are proactively met.
Address and resolve escalated client issues while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and performance metrics.
Work closely with operations, finance, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
Ensure monthly completion of job cost reports.
Streamline account management processes to improve efficiency.
Analyze client feedback and business data to drive improvements.
Develop budgets and forecasts for the accounts department.
Monitor financial performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
Prepare reports on account performance and growth initiatives for leadership.
Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development.
