Role Description
This full-time hybrid role involves managing client accounts, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts, including ongoing communication and issue resolution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and retention
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, products, and regulations, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes
- Multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to deliver results
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and support colleagues
Qualifications
- Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
- Excellent customer service, relationship management, and communication skills
- Experience in the insurance industry, preferably with a focus on account management or sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with EZLynx management systems, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends
