Summary
This is a professional position within Allegheny County Department of Human Services that serves as a primary liaison with the Office of Administration on all matters related to Contracts, Budgets, Compliance and Human Resources. This position oversees all aspects of ongoing contracting process for OCS-FS and supports key grant administration and reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Pilot approaches to best Program-Administration collaboration
- Make recommendations for DHS-wide implementation
- Annual rollovers – budgeting and work statements
- Mid-year adjustments
- Serve as team expert in MPER and KIDS – work with team and AIMS to ensure that the appropriate program leads have access to the appropriate systems and are monitoring invoicing appropriately
- Initiate new contracts and contract amendments throughout the year
- Field questions and provide technical assistance from contracted agencies around budgeting, contracts and navigating our billing system, including connecting them to the right contacts in the Office of Administration
- Supports key grant administration and reporting

- Build, review, and track budgets for initiatives within OCS-FCS
- Partners with fiscal team to support quarterly budget review of revenue and expenses
- Update and maintain specs manual to reflect comprehensive set of provider expectations
- Collaborate with the operations administrator for OCS-Housing and Homeless Services on recommended OCS-wide policies and procedures

Salary : $52,200 - $58,000
