Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, technical sales, and lead generation, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.
  • Utilize CDK Sales Overdrive to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform product development.

Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation and direct sales within a B2B environment.
  • Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand complex products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and develop targeted strategies.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
