Construction Manager – Multi-Family, High-rise
Location: Downtown Miami, FL
Salary: $170,000 Bonus (20%)
Allegiance Group is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a Construction Manager to join our team. We are overseeing a prestigious 3-year project in Downtown Miami, featuring two multi-family high-rise developments within the growing financial district, a highly sought-after residential area. This is a key leadership role, where you will oversee the ground-breaking phase and manage the relationship with our General Contractor.
Our first project is a large-scale multi-family high-rise (25 floors, 220 units), followed by another exciting development set to launch in Brickell.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate efforts with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure the successful, timely, and high-quality completion of the project.
- Enforce rigorous safety standards and promote a culture of safety on-site.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, vendors, and all project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor the project’s progress to ensure completion on time, within budget, and in full compliance with design specifications.
- Develop and mentor field personnel, encouraging a professional, high-performance culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the Miami construction market.
- At least 3 multi-family high-rise projects as part of your portfolio.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-end commercial and multi-family construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is highly preferred.
