Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily site operations to ensure all construction activities stay on track and meet project timelines.
· Manage and coordinate trade partners, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring performance meets the required standards.
· Maintain high safety and quality standards, ensuring all work complies with regulations and exceeds client expectations.
· Problem-solve on-site challenges and address issues proactively to avoid delays or disruptions.
· Collaborate with leadership to improve construction strategies, streamline processes, and increase overall efficiency.
· Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders, from contractors and suppliers to internal teams and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
· Extensive experience in residential construction management or site supervision.
· Proficient understanding of blueprints, building codes, and construction methodologies to effectively oversee all phases of the build.
· Tech-savvy skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific construction management software.
· Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to guide teams, solve problems, and keep projects on schedule.
· Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with contractors, team members, and clients.
