Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Location: Charleston, SC
Salary: $110,000 BONUS

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to lead our commercial concrete projects in the Charleston area. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing large-scale construction projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage all phases of commercial concrete construction projects, from site preparation through completion.

· Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.

· Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standards of quality throughout all project phases.

· Provide leadership and direction to the on-site team, fostering effective communication and problem-solving.

· Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.

Experience Required:

· 5 years of experience in construction site supervision, specifically in commercial concrete projects.

· Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and budget management.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
