The Role :
We are seeking an MEP Superintendent for an overnight position essential to keeping this data center project on schedule. In this role, you will oversee 3rd shift operations at the construction site, ensuring that all projects are executed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee Night Operations : Supervise field personnel and subcontractors during the 3rd shift.
- Ensure Compliance : Collaborate with the Project Manager to meet project schedules and uphold quality standards.
- Conduct Safety Meetings : Lead weekly safety discussions and enforce compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain Job Site Organization : Manage material deliveries and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
