Role: Residential Project Manager
Location: White Plains, NY
Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 Benefits
Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in residential construction? We're seeking a driven and organized professional to lead the successful delivery of high-density residential developments, including condominiums and apartment buildings.
· What You’ll Be Doing:
· Oversee all phases of residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
· Manage schedules, budgets, and site operations to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
· Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
· Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
· Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience managing multi-family residential projects (condos/apartments)
· Strong leadership and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams
· In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and permitting
· Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
· 5 years of project management experience in residential construction
