Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in residential construction? We're seeking a driven and organized professional to lead the successful delivery of high-density residential developments, including condominiums and apartment buildings.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee all phases of residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Manage schedules, budgets, and site operations to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing multi-family residential projects (condos/apartments)
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and permitting
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
- 5 years of project management experience in residential construction
