Full-Time Member Service Representative
Monday - Friday : 8-hour shift
Saturdays as scheduled
Role :
Toassist members with their financial transactions, involving paying andreceiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Attendance is an essentialfunction of performing the duties of this job.
EssentialFunctions & Responsibilities :
55% - Receives andprocesses member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals andloan payments; sells money orders and VISA gift cards to members; transfersamounts from member accounts as directed.
15% - Balances cashdrawer and daily transactions.
15% - Welcomesmembers and provides routine information concerning services and directsmembers to appropriate department for specific information and service.
5% - Performs avariety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input andanswering the telephone.
5% - Cross-sellscredit union services.
5% - Other dutiesas assigned.
