Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing excellent support to both employees and management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientations and collecting necessary documentation.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Help maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies by ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR meetings.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Enter and update timecards for hourly employees in the HRIS system.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing company culture.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software (Rippling is a plus).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
