We are looking for a Director of HR to shape our company’s future!! You will be responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources and ensuring we attract and develop top talent while driving innovation to power our mission and growth strategy.
Responsibilities
· Management of records, benefits, policies, and programs
· Performance reviews
· Employee relations
· Plan and execute HR programs
· Recruitment and New Hire paperwork
· Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures in addition to all federal and state requirements
· Promote communication/provide mediation between department managers and employees
· Create and execute training programs
· Other duties as needed
Skills Required:
· At least 3 years of experience in HR
· HR Certification preferred
· Previous experience in managing teams preferred
· Proficiency in Word and Excel management systems
· Strong organizational skill
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Pleasant and creative self-starter with problem-solving skills
· Strong understanding of market/industry dynamics
