Key Responsibilities :
- Review and interpret project drawings to assess scope and prepare detailed estimates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and stakeholders throughout the bidding process.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to ensure accurate understanding of project requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive bids, considering labor, material costs, and profitability goals.
- Manage the complete bid submission process, including final refinements and delivering required documents.
