Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to provide essential support to an elderly male individual located in his home. The client lives with his sister. No Pets in the home.
The ideal candidate will have experience caring for someone who likes to be independent as much as possible. Requires slide assistance to chair but no lifting.
Responsibilities
- Assist client with bathing, dressing and grooming
- Monitor client's health by reporting any changes to the provider, nurse and family.
- Provide companionship and emotional support while fostering a positive environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Document care provided and any changes in client condition accurately.
Skills
- Experience in memory care and home health settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient monitoring
- Excellent communication skills/effective interaction with provider and family.
- Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others maintain their independence.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
