We’re looking for an E-Coat Lab Tech to maintain chemical systems, perform lab tests, and ensure optimal system performance. If you thrive in a hands-on, problem-solving environment, this opportunity is for you!
What You’ll Do :
Perform chemical titrations, bath analysis, and physical tests
Operate and maintain wastewater treatment systems
Monitor and adjust pre-treatment, E-Coat, DI, and RO water systems
Maintain written and computer-based records (Statistical Process Control)
Troubleshoot and correct chemical and process deviations
Communicate findings and updates with internal teams and external partners
What We’re Looking For :
Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills
Ability to interpret lab reports & perform process corrections
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
Understanding of safety practices & mechanical systems
Ability to follow technical instructions & maintain detailed records
Location : Kings Mountain, NC
Shift : 2nd Shift- 9 : 00am-7 : 30pm or 12 : 00pm-10 : 30pm (Choice)
Education : High School Diploma or GED required; Technical training preferred
Pay : $21.68 per hour
