Allegiance Staffing is hiring immediately for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in the Raleigh / Morrisville area!
Position overview : Packaging Associate
This role is integral in ensuring the production of high-quality products by providing essential support to the team. The ideal candidate will work under regular supervision while adhering to established procedures to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assisting with job setup, reviewing daily schedules, and preparing materials for production
- Tasks include hand collating, assembly, kit building, ensuring proper sequencing, and maintaining quality standards
- Packing materials, inspecting products, and operating basic equipment under supervision
- Staging jobs for future production, adhering to safety and company policies, and performing additional duties to support efficient packaging operations
- Flexibility to handle tasks outside routine responsibilities is expected
Requirements :
Education : High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience : No prior experience needed, but manufacturing experience preferred.
Skills : Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, and basic math proficiency.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift 60 lbs occasionally and stand for long periods.
