What are the responsibilities and job description for the PM Packaging Associate (M-Th) position at Allegiance Staffing?
Allegiance Staffing is hiring immediately warehouse associates in the Morrisville/Durham area!
Schedule: 7:00pm-5:30am Monday-Thursday
Starting pay is $15.75/hr
Packaging Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with job setup, reviewing daily schedules, and preparing materials for production
- Tasks include hand collating, assembly, kit building, ensuring proper sequencing, and maintaining quality standards
- Packing materials, inspecting products, and operating basic equipment under supervision
- Staging jobs for future production, adhering to safety and company policies, and performing additional duties to support efficient packaging operations
- Flexibility to handle tasks outside routine responsibilities is expected
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
No prior experience needed, but manufacturing experience preferred!
Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, and basic math proficiency.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 60 lbs occasionally and stand for long periods.
