Summary
The Inflight Training Program Developer is responsible for designing and maintaining a curriculum for the quality and standardization of Flight Attendant training, instructional system design & curriculums, data analysis, learning support, instructor evaluation strategies, and learning technology. The Inflight Training curriculum is designed to meet FAA regulatory expectations as well as the service and standard expectations outlined by our corporate customer experience standards. The curriculum is delivered through multiple methods, including traditional classroom delivery, e-learning, multi-media, and blended solutions.

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.

Years of Experience :
- Minimum two (2) years as an Inflight Instructor, ATS, Inflight Supervisor, and / or Inflight Management.
- Minimum two (2) years as a classroom instructor or instructional development experience.
- Previous Flight Attendant experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements (E.g., CFRs, TSRs, 8900.1, etc.).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Detail-oriented and effectively manage shifting priorities.
- Ability to learn computer systems quickly and efficiently.
- Proficient understanding of commercial aviation language.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated team collaborator with the ability to guide others.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and interact with all levels of management and employees while maintaining collaborative partnerships.
- Ability and willingness to acquire and maintain an Allegiant Inflight Training Instructor qualification.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts / days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
Essential Services Provider
