Job Summary:
Falling somewhere between a project coordinator and a project manager, Allegiant Care is looking for someone with the skills to do it all. Often the role will involve taking a lead position on projects but ultimately ownership and responsibility will fall to the department heads. An individual with a skill set aligned with project management and confident enough to provide guidance to team members and upper management alike will excel in this position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working with team leads and managers on multiple projects to assist with the organization and workflow of department specific projects, often functioning as a liaison between multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinates resources for projects by evaluating needs and constraints across all active projects.
- Run regular meetings and own the responsibility for agendas and keep them on track.
- Track progress and milestones and provide regular high level status reports to project stakeholders
- Work with management to align departmental projects with the company roadmap.
- Gather and organize research data to facilitate upcoming projects.
- Work regularly with the project management teams of vendors and contractors to align project management across the organizations.
- Utilize existing software and systems to manage projects and keep research and data organized.
- Coordinate with security and compliance resources on all active projects.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members to establish roles and responsibilities with regards to projects and monitor to ensure those responsibilities are being fulfilled.
- Prepare presentations for the board and other stakeholders summarizing project goals, successes, and failures.
- Assist department heads with the generation of RFPs.
- Provide guidance to team leads for process improvement and project management techniques.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio and other Office products
- Familiar with project management software and common project management methodologies
- Comfortable adapting to and learning new systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build appropriate rapport and collaborative relationships
- Confidence to provide guidance and feedback to senior positions.
- Must be capable of working in a team-oriented environment, as well as the ability to work independently
- Must be self-motivated and capable of self-direction and prioritization.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to leverage and organize resources across the organization to achieve desired outcomes
- Very strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands on a timeframe and budget.
- Analytical skills for performing data discovery.
- The ability to capture and articulate current and visions for future state.
Education & Experience:
The following background/experience is required for competent performance in this job:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate, bachelor’s degree is preferred but experience is considered in lieu of these.
- Project management certification is a preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related position.
- Experience in the health insurance or employee benefit industry is preferred; however, we will train the right candidate.

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
