YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Build relationships with potential or existing customers, in conjunction with the sales team, to convert leads and/or inquiries into sales.
- Establish project schedules and closely manage milestones, monitor production status, track and resolve conflicts and issues, organize meetings with internal cross-functional teams and/or external customers, and coordinate and relay all pertinent information between parties.
- Oversee orders throughout the sales process including quotes, order placement, scheduling, shipments, follow-up on outstanding quotes, and coordinating with the internal teams.
- Ensure that the permit process is being handled efficiently and utilize reporting tools to make sure permits are handled timely and efficiently. Communicate with permit manager.
- Update and maintain sales schedules to ensure sales team has the most current information.
- Research applicable codes to ensure compliance.
- Communicate with customers to provide status updates at various stages of the project.
- Manage the project’s completion details including managing electronic photos and sheets, ensuring documentation and photos are sent to the customer and ensure the customer’s expectations and requirements were met and/or exceeded.
- Review billing for the project and ensure it is accurate and complete and submitted timely.
- Collaborate with production to ensure project tasks and deliverables are complete, correct and accurate for hand-off.
Those Must Haves
- High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, preferred.
- 2 years’ experience in project management, or related role in the signage or similar industry.
- Solid knowledge in project management software
- Ability to effectively lead a project team
- Positive, energetic and team player attitude required
- Lifting requirements include the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Important Details
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (in-office, not remote)
- Pay: Exempt salaried position – $55,000 - $65,000 (annualized)
- Paid Time Off: 9 holidays and 14 PTO days
- Benefits: Health (65% company paid) dental, and 401(k) retirement plan with 3.5% co match)
