What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Planning Coordinator position at Allegiant Travel?
Summary
The Fleet Planning Coordinator will administer various functions of the Fleet Planning department contract duties including reviewing, processing, implementing, and compliance monitoring. The Coordinator will be involved in collaborating with other stakeholders for the development and execution of various types of aviation contracts. Additionally, the role will require the collection, evaluation, reporting, and presenting of fleet specific data to leadership.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education : High School Diploma / GED
Years of Experience : Minimum two (2) years in contract administration, administrative support, or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Effective communication with all levels of management and employees, both internal and external.
- Ability to collect, evaluate, report, and present data to leadership.
- Effective critical thinking and problem solving skills to analyze complex information and develop plans to address identified issues.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure fast-paced environment.

Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
