What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Integrations Associate position at allego?

The Role:

Allego is looking for a Technical Integrations Associate who will work with our Customers’ business and IT teams to support the delivery of various technical integration services.   As a TIA, you will own technical workstreams working with the customer’s IT and business partners as well with Allego’s SaaS Ops, Product and Development teams. You are a strong communicator who can coordinate activities across internal and external teams, manage project plans, timelines and deliverables, investigate and troubleshoot technical integrations and escalate appropriately.  You understand how Allego can fit into a customer’s technology stack and the common use cases we can support across platforms. You will act as the customer’s main technical point of contact and lead workstreams to a technical close.

What You'll Do:

  • Work directly with customer’s IT and business resources to design, configure and implement integrations including but not limited to Single Sign-on, Automated User Provisioning, Oracle CRM, salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics.  
  • Become a subject matter expert for Allego’s revenue enablement platform and related integration services.
  • Lead technically focused customer calls and meetings
  • Deliver custom overview presentations and live demonstrations of the available integrations.
  • Respond directly to technical questions from customers as well as support Allego’s Customer Success team in their conversations with customers.
  • Take ownership of continuous improvement and refinement of Allego’s integration service delivery.
  • Keep current with technology trends and understand the competitive landscape.

Experience You'll Bring

  • Experience serving as technical resource to customers leading and managing integration projects
  • Ability to work well and contribute independently as well as in a team environment
  • Highly detail oriented and quality driven
  • Strong project management skills
  • Desired experience with the following software platforms
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM), e.g. Salesforce Sales Cloud; Oracle CX Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics
    • Content Management System (CMS), e.g. Highspot; Seismic; Adobe Experience Manager; SharePoint
    • Business Intelligence (BI), e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI
    • Learning Record Store (LRS), e.g. Cornerstone LRS, Saba LRS, Watershed, Rustici LRS, SCORM Cloud
    • User management, authentication and Single Sign-On technologies, e.g. Azure Active Directory, Okta, SAML, OIDC
  • 5 years in a fast paced, SaaS high tech Client/Customer Success or Consulting role
  • Ability to set and manage expectations, resources and time.
  • Engaging, prescriptive and persuasive communication style.
  • Previous exposure to basic web development and cloud security concepts.
  • Experience presenting and delivering technical pitches.
  • Ability to work well and contribute independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Passion for technology and a love for working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Industry knowledge of our key markets (financial services, healthcare, technology, insurance) is a plus.
