When am I expected to work?
Our office hours are 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday and that is generally when you are expected to work. However, the client is the center of our universe so there may be times you will be expected to work outside of those hours and occasionally on the weekend.

Responsibilities and Duties (the necessary but boring part of a job posting)
The primary responsibility is to foster business growth among existing customers, as well as identify and acquire new ones. Moreover, you must provide consulting services to clients who need advice concerning product selection. This role is an excellent opportunity to expand your skill set and become a major player in our rapidly developing team. As part of the job, you will be cross-trained across multiple disciplines to build up career progression potential.
The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker and problem-solver. An Impact Strategist is expected to manage assigned customers, handle incoming customers, and potential customer calls, visit customers to gain better insights into job requirements, join and participate in networking events, and foster relationships. This team member will work closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate quotes and production.
This is a deadline-driven environment. At times, every team member is expected to roll up their sleeves to complete a project, even if it is “not your job”. One must be ready and willing to learn new skill sets and programs and desire to continue to learn and grow. To thrive in this position, you must juggle multiple projects and priorities at once. And, because there will always be “rush jobs”, the Customer Success Representative will help expedite those projects by communicating clear instructions and deadlines to production staff.
Specific responsibilities include:
Prepare visual options for Printed Material, Signs, and Promotional Products
Prepare quotes for customers as well as support sales staff
Prepare job tickets with detailed information for production
Develop new customers
Foster relationships with current customers through our survey rewards
Manage the workflow and production to meet the agreed deadline with the customer
Request project quotes from outside vendors, assure proper production
Work with the team to create continued streamlined production & design processes
This position will also be responsible for working with the Franchise marketing team to develop the marketing plans and manage the creative presentation of marketing outreach in conjunction with the execution of the sales effort – which includes customer and prospect communications via social media, advert mail, and email blasts.
This is not a remote position.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will already have experience in the print or digital marketing industry. A background or prior experience or training in graphic design is helpful. In addition, candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills - a sense of humor, as well as good math skills, and an awareness of design and colors.
