Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead both our clients’ digital marketing initiatives and Allegra's internal digital marketing efforts. This on-site role requires a dynamic professional who can develop and implement innovative strategies to drive engagement, enhance brand visibility, and increase conversions across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, updating, and maintaining websites, as well as collaborating effectively with web designers and developers. Reporting directly to the Owner, this role demands strong leadership, creative problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient-Focused Digital Marketing

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Consult with clients to understand their business goals, target audiences, and market dynamics.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with client objectives and brand identities.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publication of engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for client accounts.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, respond to audience interactions, and optimize campaigns to improve overall performance.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits to enhance clients' search engine rankings.
  • Implement effective link-building strategies and continuously monitor website performance using analytics tools.
  • Google Business Profile (GBP) Management:
  • Create and maintain optimized Google Business Profile listings for clients, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Enhance local search visibility through targeted updates, engaging content, and proactive review management.
  • Website Development & Maintenance:
  • Hands-On Website Management: Build, update, and maintain client websites to ensure they are visually appealing, user-friendly, fully functional, and optimized for SEO.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with web designers and developers on more complex projects, ensuring seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly, keeping client sites up-to-date with the latest best practices and technologies.

Allegra’s Digital Marketing

  • Brand Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for Allegra to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive online engagement.
  • Oversee content creation and ensure that all digital assets reflect Allegra’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Integrated Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (including social media, email marketing, PPC, and SEO) tailored to promote Allegra’s products and services.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and various social media insights platforms to track performance across all digital channels.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing performance metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations for both client projects and Allegra's initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously refine and improve digital marketing strategies.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client digital marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent communication and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including design, content creation, and web development—to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment and driving professional development.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience:
  • 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing management, with a strong portfolio of successful client and internal campaigns.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management, SEO, GBP optimization, and website development.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong technical skills in website development and management, with hands-on experience building, updating, and maintaining websites using content management systems (e.g., WordPress), HTML/CSS, and other relevant tools.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media management platforms, and SEO tools (e.g., Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a creative approach to solving challenges and optimizing digital strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,239.00 - $73,761.00 per year
