Operations Manager
ACS Logistics Holdings, LLC Dba Allegro Home Delivery is a fast-growing company beginning to disrupt the last mile home delivery market. We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic person with route, contract, and agent management knowledge to join our team.
Primary Role : You will oversee the daily operations of the customer service department. Communicating customer service objectives to our Customer Service Agents, training, coaching, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Part of your role will be to identify system and workflow improvements to enhance our team's efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise the daily operations of the customer service department
- Set customer service goals for team members and help them reach those goals
- Create and develop beneficial relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments
- Actively manage the cycle times, expectations, and communication with customers
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources
- Respond to and resolve escalated issues and / or unique and complex customer requests
- Proactively manage the customer to foresee challenges and how to turn them into successes
- Coach, guide, and manage team members
- Suggest programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance
- Contribute to the success of the organization by being a team player
