Summary As Program Manager for our newly established PMO, you will manage a portfolio of strategic projects that will require use of your intermediate program management skills and knowledge in driving the strategic plan for Allegro Microsystems. You will lead new programs across Allegro, while exercising your ability to enhance the quality of existing programs. You will work with a cross-functional team of professionals to develop and implement program strategies and you will facilitate team meetings and activities to maintain project scope, schedule, and deliverables. Responsibilities: Manage the entire program lifecycle, from initial program introduction, through execution, delivery, support, and program review. Facilitate the development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and success criteria for the program with key stakeholders and core team. Build program plans and project schedules and maintain program records. Work with core team to identify and schedule all the work required to fulfill program scope. Identify and manage program critical path, being mindful of cross-functional dependencies and affects. Work to identify and obtain resources for the program plan. Create, distribute, and maintain dashboards and reports to track all aspects of program progress and activity, including documentation to support program proposals and roll out. Work with leadership and core team members to balance and manage scope, time, and costs of programs and ensure proper documentation is created to substantiate. Schedule and lead program team meetings to deliver outcomes, longer-term improvements, and benefits in support of programs and organization goals. Analyze performance against the program plan and adjust consistent with project objectives. Work with cross-functional business partners to assist in action item resolution and track completion. Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business management, communications, engineering, or related discipline 3 years of experience in program management, business development, or a related field Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) experience. Smartsheet, MS Project, or other Program Management software experience. Desired Qualifications: Master’s degree (MBA preferred) You are relentless in solving problems, work well in teams, and enjoy a challenge. You are a self-motivated, effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You possess the ability to articulate clearly in stressful, timeline driven situations. Detail oriented, open-minded professional with ability to multitask and solve problems. Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills. Excellent understanding of business objectives and goals. Analytical thinker with excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills Natural team leader with ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Ability to travel as needed. Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization.
