Position Summary

The Partnership Manager is responsible for managing all outsource partnerships, primarily in the domains of data processing and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Occasionally, the role involves sourcing and overseeing partners for data collection projects. This position ensures that all external collaborators align with the organization’s quality standards, timelines, and cost-efficiency goals.

· Vendor Selection: Identify and vet potential outsource partners based on quality, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

· Contract Oversight: Negotiate contracts and define clear performance expectations.

· Partnership Performance Management: Monitor partner performance, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

· Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with project managers and data teams to integrate partner workflows seamlessly.

· Cost and Quality Control: Ensure outsourcing is cost-effective while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

1. Vendor Network Expansion: Add two high-quality data processing/BIM vendors to the partnership portfolio.

2. Performance Benchmarking: Develop and implement a performance dashboard for all active partners.

3. Cost Reduction Initiative: Identify cost-saving opportunities in current vendor engagements, targeting a 10% reduction in outsourcing expenses.

4. Data Collection Support: Source and onboard a reliable partner for specialized data collection projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Vendor Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of vendor relationships, from sourcing and onboarding to performance evaluation.

· Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce standards for outsourced deliverables, conducting regular audits and feedback sessions.

· Process Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to align external partner processes with project workflows.

· Budget Oversight: Monitor outsourcing costs to ensure adherence to budgets while optimizing for ROI.

· Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving escalations or discrepancies with outsource partners.

· Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for partnership management and outsourcing efficiency.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.

· Experience:

• 5 years in partnership management or vendor relations.
• Experience in data processing, BIM, or related industries preferred

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in project management tools and CRM software.
• Familiarity with data processing and BIM technologies.

· Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
