The Business Development Center (BDC)/ Front Line Sales plays a critical role in the selling process. They are the voice and the face of our dealership. The Internet Response Team/Front Line Sales is the link between the customer and the sales team and are the ambassadors of the Allen Chevrolet Advantage Program. The primary role of the BDC/ Front Line Sales Representative is to motivate the customer to take action to visit the showroom by giving them the benefits and reasons to do so.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads (phone, internet, text) and direct appropriately.
- Contact potential customers using phone, email, text, and our CRM Tool.
- Contact existing customer database for interest in additional vehicle purchases.
- Maintain a positive and productive attitude while working in synergy with coworkers.
- Remain knowledgeable of new products, features, accessories, processes, etc.
- Stay productive in a fast paced, call center environment
Qualifications:
- Automotive, Phone or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Superior communication and customer service skills.
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit required
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Strong computer skills and data entry efficiency.
- Great phone voice and etiquette.
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
