This is a full-time, exempt position. The schedule is typically daytime hours but may include weekends/evenings. The right candidate would need proven excellent organizational and public speaking skills. While the job focus is coordinating programs throughout the system, program presentation will occasionally be required.

Required Qualifications
- Four (4) years of professional experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience OR
- Master’s Degree in Library Sciences or an equivalent degree in a relevant field (Science, Education, etc.); AND one (1) year of professional youth experience;
- Valid driver's license
- Indiana State Library Certification (LC 5 level obtained within three years of hire date)
- Compensation starts at $48K per year and up based on previous work experience (expecting to hire between $48K - 55K depending on experience)

Salary : $510 - $520
