Summary
The primary responsibility of the Executive Administrative Assistant is to perform administrative duties of a highly confidential nature for the CEO.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to executive staff.
- Typing correspondence and reports.
- Maintaining files.
- Scheduling appointments and other commitments and provides background information and / or supporting documents in preparation for scheduled appointments, meetings, speaking engagements, interviews and presentations.
- Maintains an efficient flow of information between all levels of the executive’s internal and external contacts on a wide spectrum of the organization’s plans and priorities.
- Able to interact with all levels of corporate staff.
- Overseeing contract compliance.
- Handle highly confidential information;
- Work in an exceptionally fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
- Attend Executive Committee meetings, follow-up on action items.
- Prepares correspondence and documents for review and / or signature.
- Reviews and proofreads documents presented for signature and assures that all necessary approvals are in place.
- Makes travel arrangement as necessary.
- Special projects :
- Complete special projects and assignments by prioritizing, managing the timeline for deliverables, and working with others to garner support
- Other duties as assigned.
