Job Summary
Organize, manage, and coordinate the routine work activities of the central administrative department office and provide clerical support to the director and other staff members.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized office records.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-stocked environment.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide support in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Support the office management team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with medical or dental receptionists to coordinate patient schedules and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
