We are looking for an experienced and driven Tier 2 IT Support Technician to join the dynamic and tight-knit team at the Allen Lund Company. Key Responsibilities :
IT Operations and Support :
- Provide Tier 2 support for all staff, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
- Manage and maintain Windows Server , security protocols, networks (LAN / WAN), ISPs, mobile phones, and cloud-based phone systems.
- Design, implement, and manage a multi-site Active Directory environment
- Design, Implement, and manage Group Policies .
- Use Powershell scripting (or similar) to automate and solve complex technical issues escalated from Tier 1 support.
- Travel as needed to assist with remote office installations and relocations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
