What This Role Requires:
- 1-4 years with company-based IT experience after your degree.
- Must have troubleshooting skills for clients and servers, Outlook, Skype for Business, Email, Messaging, PST, WINDOWS SERVER 2012, 2016, 2019, Windows 10 & 11, BitLocker, Office Apps, Migrations, Disaster Recovery and Backup solution, Archiving and Enterprise Vault
- Preferred company-based IT experience including Tier 1/2 help support or junior sys/net/database/security admin experience or network engineering experience.
Good to have hands-on experience in:
- Office 365 Administration
- Messaging (Skype, Lync, Teams) Azure, IMAP, POP, Certificates, User authentication, SSL, IIS, TLS , Email Protocols such as IMAP and POP and Exchange
- SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, SaaS, M365, O365, Endpoint management, Security, Intune, Purview, Autopilot, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, PowerShell, Data Loss Prevention, Role Based Access Control, ADFS, Single Sign-on, Multifactor Authentication
To Qualify:
- You should be willing to relocate anywhere in the US on a client project-to-project basis, as this is an onsite, in-office position.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
