Key Responsibilities:
- Consistency Across Projects and Clients: Ensure that TMF processes are consistent across all projects and clients, maintaining high standards of quality and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Guidance and Support: Provide expert guidance and support to trial teams and sponsors on TMF processes, leveraging your extensive knowledge and experience to drive successful outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a highly skilled team of TMF Associates and Administrators, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within our organization.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as life sciences or healthcare administration.
- At least 5 years of experience working within the TMF environment, with a proven track record of success and expertise in regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
