Job Description

Role Overview
The Customer Experience Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver rapid and professional communication to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop trust and positive relationships with clients, fostering a deep understanding of their goals and objectives.
  • Provide anticipatory guidance for questions or concerns, proactively addressing potential issues before they arise.
  • Maintain a schedule of pre-determined email communication while creating and sending unique responses and inquiries, tailored to each client's needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
BA/BS degree recommended; 5 years of customer service experience; 2-3 years of experience at a tech company recommended; strong familiarity with desktop and phone-based applications.
