BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Charlotte, NC: Job is for the Triad Region of North Carolina
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and expanding the client base of Master Title Agency for the Triad Region of North Carolina. The primary focus is generating new business opportunities, building relationships with real estate professionals, and increasing the Master Title’s market share.
Essential Job Functions:
- Client Acquisition: develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, including real estate agents, brokers, lenders, developers, and attorneys. Attend meetings and networking events to connect with potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s services. Provide excellent customer service and be responsive to clients' needs.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up on prospects. Use CRM software to manage and organize client information. New account sales calls are expected.
- Prospecting: Prospect for commercial title insurance prospects in the Triad market. Advise on new markets and opportunities.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop marketing campaigns, strategies, and presentations to pitch the company’s services effectively. Collaborate with marketing to create a lead generation strategy.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the title company’s services and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Revenue Growth: Set and achieve the title company's sales targets and revenue goals.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments within the title company to ensure smooth and efficient transactions and advise on special projects.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and developments in the real estate market. Attend training and workshops as needed.
- Problem Solving: Address client concerns and resolve issues that may arise during transactions.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Four-year degree preferred
Proven sales experience, high performer, and results-oriented
Background with legal, real estate, and commercial development clients preferred
Strong presentation skills
Proven networking skills with the ability to create and maintain a prospect database
Ability to meet flexible schedule
Excellent verbal and written communication
Professional telephone manner
Strong customer service skills
Public relations oriented
Self-motivated
Strong organizational skills
