Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Office Assistant to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our business. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing business needs.
Responsibilities:
Monitors / processes Medicaid Pending applicationsCompletes and mails resident statements monthly.
Reviews new resident information set up compared to Admission Fact Sheet and copies of various payer cards (Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance, etc.).
Reviews accuracy and completeness of Insurance Verification form and resolves any outstanding or unanswered questions.
Disburses Incoming Business Office Mail and processes appropriately.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of related field experience or equivalent requiredStrong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication and customer service skills
