Responsibilities: This position will operate 50% in the Case Manager role and 50% in the Manager role
- Coordinates and supervises the provision of services for the Foster Care Program
- Oversee recruitment, subsidies, licensing, and data such as outcomes as it relates to these topics
- Assists the Director of Foster Care in program planning and development and updating of Foster Care manuals, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related human services field
- Child Welfare Employee Licensure
- Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol Certification
- Foster Home Licensing Certification
- Two years experience in the social services field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum age 21
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.90 - $36.27 per hour
