Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of new team members, by partnering with department managers. They work in collaboration with medical, clinical, and corporate staff to provide quality support to adult patients through consistent communication.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Establishes positive relationships and rapport with patients and staff.
- Respects the rights of individuals, including the ethical aspects of boundaries, care, treatment, and services, allowing the patient to be a major part of their treatment and recovery.
- Respects patient privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA as core values of our company.
- Executes the full-cycle recruitment process for all assigned companies.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Anticipates future workplace needs and strategizes to meet upcoming staffing demands, taking a proactive stance on hiring.
- Schedules, prepares for, and instructs new hire orientations.
- Enters and maintains employee records in the HRIS system; utilizes the HRIS system in the hiring process.
- Communicates with leaders by providing timely hiring updates and is the primary point of contact for all hiring questions.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Effectively communicates via written, verbal, and electronic methods, with department and other staff.
- Staying organized is essential in this position that requires you to fulfill a range of timely responsibilities on multiple complex projects.
- Provides recommendations for individual and department goals and objectives.
- Participates in regular staff meetings.
- Regular attendance is essential to the success of the position.
Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies:
- Sensitive to cultural diversity – being aware of and respecting cultural differences.
- Ability to have standard competencies visually verified within 90 days of hire. Includes, but not limited to, ethics, empathy, problem solving, social, communication and attention to detail. Other competencies in customer service and independent & professional discretion/decision making are critical to this role.

- Able to create, read, analyze, and interpret policies and instructions.
- Ability to read, understand and complete annual online compliance training.

Education and Experience:
- Two-year degree, professional HR certification, or four years HR experience required.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP OR SHRM-SCP, preferred.
- Valid, unexpired driver’s license, at all times.
- Occasional travel to meetings, picking up supplies, driving to the airport, etc. using company vehicles whenever possible.
- Proficient with Google Business Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk using a computer.
- Occasional standing and moving.
- Proper lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling techniques up to 25 pounds.
- Execute proper hand hygiene.
- Experiences periods of high stress.
- Occasional unplanned weekend or holiday hours will be needed.
