Allenstown Community School (ACS) is seeking a hands-on, engaging science teacher for students in grades 5 and 6. ACS is a new school with a state of the art science classroom and prep room. Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to create a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Administer NH state testing in grade 5.
Qualifications
- Current NH teaching certification required.
- Experience with Next Generation Science Standards and TCI curriculum is helpful, but not required.
- Experience with lesson planning classroom management .
- Ability to create an inclusive environment that meets the diverse needs of students.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.

Pay: $37,612.00 - $80,592.00 per year
