Program Manager Senior (IT Human Capital Management)

Program Manager Master will provide expert support in IT Human Capital Management to Government Client. Knowledgeable of manpower, performance management, workforce planning and human capital management. Responsibilities will include the following tasks:
- Manage and analyze manpower data for Army, Navy, and Air Force programs
- Contribute to the Transition-In Plan, Program Management Plan (PMP), and Quality Control Plan (QCP)
- Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint for reporting and data management
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies.
- Support the onboarding and training of IT personnel.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experiences in IT Human Capital Management Support
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- Stay updated of the mission, organizational structure, key personnel, current activities, status of current projects, and any issues affecting the organization.
- Communicate with senior staff, customers, and other staff in a manner that is clear, concise, and professional.
- Ability to managed multiple responsibilities with flexibility to work under competing demands and deadlines.
- Operate independently and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint
- Security: Personnel must be eligible for Common Access Cards (CACs)
Highly Desired Skills/Experiences:
Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired
Work location will be at Government site in Falls Church, VA
