Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner.
- Collecting copays, etc. and insurance information
- Manage incoming phone calls using office phone systems, directing calls as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized front desk operations, including managing appointments, faxes, insurances and referrals.
- Assist with clerical duties including filing, scanning, and document preparation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is an advantage.
- Excellent clerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and office equipment.
