The Clinical Coordinator will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive high-quality care.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage clinical operations of the healthcare facility
- Oversee patient care and ensure that patients receive high-quality care
- Manage staff schedules and ensure that all shifts are adequately staffed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care
- Provide training and support to staff members
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members
- Manage patient records and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field
- Current state nursing license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong leadership and management skills and able to excel in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with the ability to prioritize critical issues.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
