- $80,000 depending on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining positive relationships with affiliate partners. This individual will provide post-training support, ongoing guidance, and support to ensure affiliates excel in navigating systems, understanding guidelines, and addressing client needs.- Establish and maintain positive relationships with affiliate employees and leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate-related inquiries and support.
- Maintain regular communication with affiliate points of contact, addressing concerns and gathering feedback to ensure Alleviate is informed and responsive.
- Provide guidance on CRM navigation, Quality Assurance, and Underwriting guidelines.
- Offer support and training on reporting functions and dashboard setup, ensuring affiliates are comfortable with the reporting software.
- Communicate procedural and process changes to affiliates in a timely and clear manner.
- Address post-enrollment complaints related to client cancellations or concerns, acting as a liaison to resolve issues effectively.
- Whenever feasible, visit local affiliate offices to provide on-site support and strengthen relationships.
- Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company, including personnel policies and expectations as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT:
- Proven experience in relationship management, client services, or a related role in the financial services industry.
- Experience in debt settlement, financial services, or a similar field is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes, underwriting, or affiliate management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with affiliate partners.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to address concerns and streamline processes.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and general technology for affiliate support.
- Ability to adapt to changes, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
