Job Overview

This is a part time position bartending, serving, waiting for our guests. We are looking for a team player that has flexible availability. Position could lead to full time employment for the right person.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Assist in managing inventory by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management.
- Engage with customers to promote specials, events, or new menu items, enhancing their overall experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bartending role or similar position within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, brewing techniques, and cocktail preparation methods is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately are essential.
- Experience in food service or catering environments is a plus, particularly in nightclub or restaurant settings.
- A friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction is crucial for success in this role.
