Position Overview:
We’re seeking a friendly, organized individual with strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to manage calls, screen leads, schedule appointments, and handle basic office tasks to help keep our team on track. This role is essential to our operations and ensures every customer interaction reflects our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Answer calls professionally and warmly, addressing questions and providing excellent service.
• Lead Screening: Qualify incoming leads, connecting clients to the right team members.
• Scheduling: Arrange meetings and appointments for the team and clients.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle daily tasks like filing, data entry, and keeping records organized.
• Brand Support: Help promote AllGuard’s services and uphold our positive image.
• Team Support: Assist with projects and work closely with team members.
Requirements:
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Clear communication skills, both spoken and written, with a professional and polite manner.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
• Basic comfort with software; QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Positive attitude and commitment to great customer service.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break
