Located in Northern Colorado, our team of certified experts in Building Performance Institute(BPI) standards and the Department of Energy's Home Energy Score provide comprehensive energy efficiency evaluations and testing. We offer personalized guidance to residential customers seeking sustainable solutions for their properties.
ARUS Consulting is seeking individuals who:

Essential Job Duties:
This position reports directly to the Office Manager in matters of scheduling and customer correspondence. There is great potential for growth and advancement based on employee interest and company need.
- Manage customer correspondence to the primary business phone and email
- Support Office Manager in new and existing business partnerships or contracts which may include on-site support for custom assessments
- Cross train to support Program Manager in customer scheduling for various projects, including QuickBooks payments and refunds
- Manage team meeting schedule and President’s schedule, as assigned
- Support the Office Manager and President in new initiatives, company and program development, client services (such as block-day and team-training scheduling), etc.
- Provide file management and accounting support in the office and online. Platforms include but are not limited to QuickBooks, Excel Spreadsheets, and Google Drive.
- Work independently to complete all tasks to the highest possible standard while new priorities are added by the President on a daily or weekly basis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from an accredited University OR a combination of 1-2 years’ experience in office administration and customer service experience
- Attention to detail, detail-oriented problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience working in a professional customer-facing role
- Professionalism to engage with members of the community in different organizations
- A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and dependable vehicle
- Successful completion of background check
- Enthusiasm for a clean energy future and associated industries
- Proposal Writing for different contracts
- Bilingual, Spanish fluency preferred but not required
Compensation:
- Hourly $19.50 to start. Higher pay commensurate with experience
