What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intern-Development and Capital Markets position at Alliance 2020?
What You'll Do:
Tasks listed below are not an exhaustive list of all the tasks that may be required for this position.
- Develop skills and knowledge in all aspects of Development and Capital Markets operations by working with teams on a variety of matters, which may include:
- Assisting team in audits, market research, and records review and retention.
- Obtaining real property information from public records.
- Data analysis, and tracking of past, present and future projects.
- Risk management and finance projects.
- Land closings, loan and other deal closings.
- Review and analysis of debt/equity structures for industrial projects and acquisitions.
- Any other duties assigned or directed.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively, productively, and positively with other Associates.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project is required.
- Consistent, regular and in person attendance during regular working hours at the workplace is required.
