Position Summary:
We are currently seeking to hire a Dispatcher at Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport to join our growing team and operation. This position works directly under the guidance of the Customer Experience Manager to provide exceptional service to our customers. The Dispatcher position requires an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, is effective at multi-tasking, is resilient under pressure, works well in a team setting and is customer service driven. These skills ensure seamless operations for pilots, crew and passengers, as well as the FBO team. Performs related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Communicates fuel order information to appropriate teams
- Coordinates and tracks all miscellaneous service requests (LAV, potable water, oil, etc.)
- Maintains lines of communication with Line Operation Specialists, Customer Service Representatives, and Concierge department members through the use of two-way radios
- Professionally communicates to pilots on inbound aircraft
- Utilizes software platforms to track inbound and outbound aircraft as well as service requests
- Maintains and operates gate movements
- Assists with passenger services as required
- Coordinates daily customer pull times
- Completes weekly airport audits
- Coordinates international trash pickup and completes proper documentation
- Tracks weather conditions
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma; college degree a plus
- 2 years’ experience in general aviation
- High-level customer service experience a plus
Working Hours:
- This position requires full time employment of a minimum of 40 hours a week. Personnel may have to work holidays and additional hours when needed.
- In addition, overtime maybe expected during special events or high activity situations. Advance notice will be given when possible; however, the candidate should acknowledge that no-notice overtime will be needed on occasion. Management will prevent this as much as a possible.
- This position requires all personnel to participate with the on-call policy. While on-call personnel are subject to participate in after hour activity if needed. Personnel are expected to respond to all calls in a timely manner. It is understood that they are some exceptions to this requirement. Vacations and family emergencies qualify as times where a timely response is not expected.
